The KARE Verify Workflow

Step 1: Obtains Patient Authorization at enrollment and/or intake.
Step 2: Electronic Benefit Verification initiated by submitting demographics to request patient benefit information.
Step 3: Surescripts matches patient in master patient index → PBM receives request and sends patient-specific benefit information → Surescripts receives response and sends to patient access program.
Step 4: Receipt of current, accurate coverage information directly into PSP CRM or other destination system.
